Mlungisi Khuzani Ndlovu, professionally known as Ugatsheni, was born on April 14, 1990, in Pongola, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. The talented singer began his career in 2012 at the age of 22 and has released multiple successful albums, including Isigqila Sengoma (2018), Umakhal’ esondela (2019), Yimi Inkosi (2020), Inhlupheko (2021 – Platinum certified), Isiqenqe (2022), Uyihlo Nonyoko (2023) and Unqeqe (2024).

On December 20, 2025, Ugatsheni drops a new Amapiano single titled “Thubhobho” from his album Izinto Zamahhal.
