Tanzanian rising star Bite Starr—born Noel Albert Ngonyani—is back with a new African-accented song titled “Came From Nothing.” Known for fusing Bongo Flava music with the powerful beats of Afro-Pop, Bite Starr continues to establish himself as one of East Africa’s rising stars.

Born in Mtwara, Tanzania, on December 25, 2002, Bite Starr began his musical journey in 2023 with the release of his debut single “For You.” He later released his first full-length project, It’s All About Love, which featured hit songs like “Chukua.” The album catapulted him into the Tanzanian music scene and established him as a new force to watch.
“Came From Nothing,” released on September 3, 2025, reflects Bite Starr’s determination, resilience, and personal growth. The song, backed by Gogumaga Music and produced under the direction of the legendary Ayo Lizer, represents a testament and celebration of his journey in the industry. With renowned presenter Narah Elba on board, Bite Starr is set to reinvent the Afro sound with a new wave of creativity and passion.
